The Beadle
Here's the back of Beadle...he's got a sculpted face and legs with a gourd for a body, and the colors are seed beads stuck in wax, one at a time with a needle, in the Huichol style. It's time consuming and labor intensive, but very Zen -- and I love doing it!

Hi DAwn... I have a few pieces of Huichol masks and other things... I know someone in TJ that did them.. they aren't easy so that makes me more appreciative of what you've done here! Very cool and I can't wait to see it finished!
